makes it slightly more difficult for a novice web designer to update and edit the main
content of the site...

You basically get a professional looking
mast-head, with custom designed navigation (that is, a set of buttons) and an
over-all design for the rest of the page, such as the horizontal bars used here
on the sub-headings.

Even with the very basic mast-head shown above,
this example looks professional. Your mast-head does not have to be as
simple as the one above, we can create custom images buttons with roll-over
effects or a sprinkling of java-script to liven things up. Anything you
think would look good up there, we will include in the price quoted below...
