Repairs and Upgrades

We carry out on-site repairs in the local Midlands area or if an on-site repair is not possible we will collect your PC and return it in full working order.

Charges and repair times vary, please contact us via the Orders page for full details. All work is carried out on a no-fix no fee basis!

Pricing

	Repairs: Includes diagnosing your problem and fixing it. No-fix-no-fee! Up to one hour £40 Each additional hour £20
	Upgrades/Hardware Installation: Installation of additional hardware, eg. hard-drivers, sound cards, graphics cards etc. £30 (Memory installation) £15
	PC Software Installation: Windows installation and configuration. Plus additional software. £40
	Home Network Installation: Two PCs, one printer, plus internet connection sharing... £60 Additional PC (requires additional hardware) £10
	PC Maintenance: Check your PCs health and improve performance. £40

A charge may be required for your support request. Charges vary depending on the complexity of the problem. All support is provided on a no-fix no-fee basis, however the fee must be paid up-front. In the event of our first reply not curing the problem, follow-up emails on the same subject will be supplied free of charge. We can not be held liable for any damage caused or loss of data due to the use or misuse of any information supplied - all fixes are fully tested, however... We will endeavour to always charge a reasonable rate!
